Discover how to make your course materials more accessible and visually engaging by optimizing color use. We’ll cover strategies to improve clarity for all learners, including those with color vision deficiencies, through a thoughtful combination of colors and symbols. Using scenarios and hands-on activities, we’ll explore how to use color contrast checkers, consider colorblind perspectives, and ensure your visual design supports diverse learners.
Workshop Goals:
1. Identify strategies to improve visual clarity through color.
2. Use contrast checkers to optimize readability.
3. Explore design choices through the lens of a colorblind learner.
