The Power of Gratitude: Transforming Perspectives and Enhancing Well-being

In this session, participants will explore the profound impact of gratitude on personal and professional well-being. We will delve into the science behind gratitude, discuss practical ways to incorporate gratitude into daily life, and engage in exercises designed to cultivate a grateful mindset. Attendees will learn how fostering gratitude can improve resilience, strengthen relationships, and create a more positive academic environment.
