This workshop covers effective AI prompting techniques for enhancing student engagement through alignment of course content. Participants will explore tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Adobe Firefly, and apply these to real-world course design scenarios.
Workshop Goals:
- Discuss how to prompt AI effectively.
- Use AI to support interactive learning strategies
- Show disciplinary-specific methods for addressing learning gaps with AI.
- Demonstrate specific tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Adobe Firefly.
- Illustrate course design use cases with AI for creating assessments, activities, and content based on learning objectives.
