In this session, you’ll explore practical strategies to minimize cognitive load, boost student engagement, and foster inclusive learning environments. Through a mix of interactive activities and real-world examples, you’ll apply multimedia design principles that address diverse cognitive processing styles, helping to ensure that all students thrive in your online courses.
Workshop Goals:
1. Identify different types of cognitive processing.
2. Explore CTML principles to reduce cognitive overload.
3. Participate in scenario-based exercises through chat, polling, and annotation.
