Generative AI for the Literature Review Process
April 22 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Literature reviews are essential components of scholarly publications, capstone research projects, and writing assignments in graduate study. Teaching graduate students how to prepare a literature review has always been of high demand. In the current era of technological advancements, the increasing availability and variety of GenAI tools requires instructional guidance for how to aptly and judiciously utilize GenAI for this scholarly endeavor. Building on foundational principles, this Miller project identifies and models best practices for using GenAI in the literature review process in effective, efficient, and ethical ways.
